江苏省医用高分子材料工程技术研究中心是江苏省科技厅监管的省级工程技术研究中心，坐落在江苏省高邮经济开发区金桥北路89号（扬州凯尔化工有限公司）。

　　Medical Polymer Materials Engineering R&D Center of Jiangsu Province is supervised by Povincial Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu. The center is in Yangzhou Kaier Chemical Co., Ltd. which is at 89, Jinqiao North Rd., Gaoyou Economic Development Zone, Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, China.

　　 二十余年来潜心研究聚氯乙烯塑料在医疗器械领域的应用，参与国家标准GB10010- 2009的修编及行业标准YY/T1628-2019的制定工作，为聚氯乙烯材料在医疗领域的创新应用，为推动医疗救治手段的提升，在医用聚氯乙烯塑料颗粒的材料筛选、医用聚氯乙烯塑料颗粒制造工程技术以及设备配置更新换代、医用聚氯乙烯塑料颗粒配方组成等方面积累了丰富的实践经验，为服务医疗医药行业、造福人类健康事业奉献力量。

　　As a member of the committee who drafted the National Standard GB10010-2009 and the industrial standard YY/T1628-2019，the center accumulated combined experiences in the innovative application of medical PVC materials, the manufacturing techonology and innovation, and formulas designed to increase products performance. All staff are devoting themselves to the industry of medeical and human health.
